Actual fit can vary due to:

• Interior trim shape and material
• Seat shape and how fully seats fold
• Door and tailgate hinge geometry
• Wheel arch intrusion
• Packaging that differs from a plain rectangular box
• Handles, legs, arms and other protrusions
• Measurement variation (yours and ours)
• Vehicle variant and factory options
• Aftermarket modifications
• The angle at which an item is loaded
• Flexibility or rigidity of the item itself

Real car interiors are irregular shapes

Unless we have exact interior geometry for your specific vehicle (which we generally don't), our calculations use simplified rectangular-box approximations of the boot opening and cargo space. This is why results are always presented as an estimate — "Likely to Fit", "Very Tight Fit", and so on — never as a guarantee.

Verify before you travel

You should verify critical measurements — your specific vehicle's boot opening and cargo space, and the item's actual dimensions including packaging and protrusions — before travelling to collect an item or attempting to load it, especially for a "Very Tight Fit" or lower result.

Safety

Never load an item in a way that obstructs your view of the road, leaves a load unsecured, exceeds your vehicle's weight limits, or is otherwise unsafe or illegal in your location. If you enter an item's weight, remember that your vehicle's payload capacity also has to account for passengers and any other cargo — a dimensional fit result does not confirm your vehicle can safely carry the weight.
